Alex Hasselbring, NCPT

Alex began practicing Pilates at 15 years old. He's been a lifelong athlete and has over 15 years of weightlifting experience. This background shapes his approach as an instructor, giving him a deep appreciation for how Pilates can benefit people at every age and fitness level. Alex is passionate about helping his clients build strength, improve stability, enhance mobility, and age with length and grace. A 2018 graduate of the University of St. Thomas with a degree in Entrepreneurship, Alex is a proud owner, thanks to his exceptionally talented staff and the close-knit, supportive community they've built together.

Pamela Hasselbring, NCPT

Pamela found Pilates while looking for a way out of pain from a compression fracture in her spine. It worked. She's spent the four decades since helping other people do the same, with credentials from Polestar, PhysicalMind, CoreAlign, and Cooper Clinic, plus twenty years at Northwest Athletic Clubs. Her CEUs concentrate on back pain, scoliosis, and Parkinson's.

BA in Psychology from Georgian Court University, Heather managed Operations for years, and found Pilates years ago while looking for a healthy habit. What started as a small routine, slowly became more than just exercise. It became therapeutic, an opportunity to reconnect with herself and an important part of her life, which is why she chose to make it a permanent part of her life. This led to receiving training through PEI at Pilates MN. When you find a love like this, you want nothing more than to share it with others. Everyone deserves to be happy!

Amy came to Pilates after a 2012 breast cancer diagnosis and a double mastectomy left her struggling to find a way back to exercise. Working privately with an instructor who tailored everything to her body changed that, and she teaches now so other people can find the same way back. A Gustavus Adolphus graduate in International Business Management and French, trained through the Pilates Education Institute at Pilates MN.

Cindy Wagener Robin, NCPT

Cindy brings together Pilates, yoga and meditation to her thoughtful approach to movement. After 25 years as Executive Manager in her family business, Cindy transitioned her focus to health and wellness. Her personal experience as a hypermobile person led Cindy to Pilates MN where she found an exceptional practice for building strength, stability, balance and body awareness. As a member of the inaugural PEI training class at Pilates MN, Cindy teaches private clients and group classes, including monthly Meditation/Yoga Nidra. Additional training: Scoliosis and Spinal Conditions Master Course 1 & 2; yoga training including KRI 230, YCR 300, Yoga Nidra 1 & 2, Meditation 1-3, Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga.
