Everything we're most often asked about the studio, the Konnector, and how a first session actually goes.
Whether you're ready to jump into classes or benefit from starting with Privates or Physical Therapy. Our front desk can help you decide what's right for you.
Traditional Reformers move your limbs in pairs — both arms together, both legs together. The Konnector is different: each limb gets its own independently loaded loop, all routed through a single continuous rope. That means we can train asymmetric bodies — post-injury, scoliosis, one-sided weakness — in ways other studios simply can't.
We do not accept insurance. HSA and FSA funds may be used when applicable. Our physical therapists can provide the necessary billing codes so you can submit invoices to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
That is exactly who this studio was built for. Our PTs and instructors share the same room, coordinate directly, and routinely take on clients that other studios have turned away.
Starting with a private session or physical therapy? We'll begin with an evaluation and build a plan around your body. Starting with classes? We'll get you into the right level and coach you from there.
