Rehabilitative massage from a licensed therapist who also knows your Pilates and physical therapy work.

Massage here is part of how bodies recover, not a spa add-on. Thirty and fifty minute sessions with a licensed massage therapist release the muscles your training has been loading, calm the nervous system, and keep joints moving well. Our massage therapist is also a physical therapist assistant and a Polestar Rehab-trained Pilates instructor, so what she finds on the table informs what happens on the Reformer.
Most of our massage clients are already in the building for something else. Reformer regulars who feel their hips and shoulders tightening as the work gets heavier. Physical therapy clients whose soft tissue needs attention between sessions. Strength clients who want to recover well enough to show up again Thursday. Many pair a monthly massage with their regular Pilates schedule and notice the difference in both.
You do not have to be a client to book. If you are dealing with tight muscles, a soft tissue injury, or a nervous system that will not come down, a session on its own is a reasonable place to start, and it often turns into a conversation about what else might help.
The goal is function, not just relaxation. Sessions focus on releasing tight muscles and soothing the fascia, improving joint mobility and flexibility, supporting soft tissue injury recovery, and calming the nervous system so stress hormones settle. Clients also report better skin tone, improved circulation and lymphatic flow, and fewer of the aches that build up over a working week.
Because the same therapist works alongside our physical therapists and Pilates instructors every day, what she finds in a session can be carried straight into your next class or treatment. That is the whole point of having massage inside the studio rather than across town.
Sessions run 30 minutes ($60) or 50 minutes ($110), and a five-session package is $525. Massage is taxed. Unlimited members receive 10% off every session. To book, call the front desk at 952-476-0304 and tell us what hurts and when you can come in.
