While you're cooped up inside during this crazy time in our lives, listen and watch Shawn speak about shoulder congruency! Follow along with your own movement!

Jean speaks about the importance of breath, specifically how it relates to thoracic (upper back) extension. This is great for those of us working at home, sitting in chairs all day long. You can use these exercises to stay feeling healthy and strong!

Follow along with Jen as she teaches the Pilates exercise "Saw". Listen closely! She gives great cues, movement benefits, and contraindications.

Improve your plank! Follow along with Shawn as she offers progressions to the plank. Work on these variations at home to accomplish a stronger, more energetic plank.

Jen takes us through the Classical Pilates exercise, the Hundred. Try it at home!

Jennifer teaches us the intermediate to advanced exercise criss cross. Pay special attention to where her elbows are in space during the exercise - they stay wide! Make sure to follow her cues and criss cross leading with your armpits instead of leading with your elbows.

Here's a complementary Pilates class, taught by Alex! For this class, you'll just need a bath or beach towel. If you have a foam roller or an overball, keep those handy as well.
