Strength Class Overview
Strength training is a great addition to Pilates in an exercise regime. Both Strength and Pilates training complement one another and you'll become stronger and more well-rounded by participating in both programs.
As with all our classes, we focus on your individual needs. This class is suitable for all levels with modifications available as needed.

Class Description
Strength Circuit
Join our expert trainers for our strength training circuit classes. You'll perform general strength training exercises with a variety of equipment including:
dumbbells
kettlebells
barbells
weighted cables
We offer a workout utilizing Pilates principles to build muscle strength throughout the body with a focus on core engagement, proper alignment, and deep breathing. The circuit is designed to target and challenge various muscle groups for a full-body strengthening experience.
As with all our classes, we focus on you. This class is suitable for all levels with modifications available as needed.
